Actor Adam Driver is reportedly on his way to becoming a father of two! Adam and his wife, actress Joanne Tucker, were spotted shopping in New York City over the weekend with compelling clues that the couple were pregnant.

In photos obtained by Page Six, Joanne is seen wearing black leggings, a grey sweatshirt, and brown puffer jacket. The actress appeared to have a baby bump in view. One of the items the couple was seen loading into their car included a baby bather, indicating they may have a little one on the way.

The White Noise star and his wife are notoriously private about their personal lives and neither have social media pages. In an interview with The New Yorker in 2019, he alluded to the difficulty of maintaining a private life by sharing, “My job is to be a spy — to be in public and live life and have experience. But, when you feel like you’re the focus, it’s really hard to do that.” The couple managed to keep the birth of their first child under wraps for nearly two years. Joanne’s sister was the one to spill the beans after changing her Instagram account from private to public in 2018. On her account, there was an image of the two sisters at a baby shower that showed both were pregnant.

While Adam coyly alluded to fatherhood in interviews both before and after the news, it wasn’t until 2020 that he officially confirmed he was a father. During his opening monologue, while hosting Saturday Night Live 2020, the Marriage Story star shared, “I’m a husband. And a father. It’s in that order though. I’ve been very clear with my son about that, he’s second in everything.” The name of the couple’s son has not been shared at this time.

Congratulations to Adam and Joanne on the news of their second child! We wish them all the best as they prepare to grow their family.
