Actress Amber Heard Announces Arrival of Twins on Mother’s Day, Reveals Baby Names: ‘Completion of the Family’
Actress Amber Heard is a mother of three! The Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom star took to Instagram on Mother’s Day to announce that she welcomed twins to her family. “Mother’s Day 2025 will be one I’ll never forget.”
The In the Fire star shared a close-up image of her children’s feet, including her twins and first baby. “Today I officially share the news that I welcomed twins into the Heard gang,” she wrote in her post after sharing these twins completed her little family. “This year I am elated beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family I’ve strived to build for years.” News of Amber’s pregnancy came out last December, but it wasn’t revealed at the time that she was expecting twins.
The Rum Diary star revealed the name and sex of her babies in her post. She welcomed a daughter named Agnes and a son named Ocean. The little ones join the Heard family with Amber’s first daughter Oonagh Paige, who was born in 2021. As for how her family is settling into life with twins, she shared, “My daughter Agnes and my son Ocean are keeping my hands (and my heart) full.”
The Aquaman star gushed about motherhood in her post writing, “When I had my first baby girl Oonagh four years ago, my world changed forever. I thought I couldn’t possibly burst with more joy. Well, now I am bursting times three!!!” She went on to reflect on the challenges she faced when trying to grow her family. “Becoming a mother by myself and on my own terms despite my own fertility challenges has been the most humbling experience of my life. I am eternally grateful that I was able to choose this responsibly and thoughtfully.”
The actress closed her post with a message to other moms, “To all the moms, wherever you are today and however you got here, my dream family and I are celebrating with you.” Congratulations to Amber on the birth of her baby twins!
