Bachelor alums Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham, who recently announced that they were expecting twins, have shared the gender of their little ones!
It’s a boy AND a girl! The couple announced the news in a sweet way – with cotton candy! The couple shared family photos with their first child, daughter Alessi. The family was all smiles as they held pink and blue sticks of cotton candy. Lauren shared, “Alessi is getting a baby BROTHER & a baby SISTER💙💗 we couldn’t be more excited!” On his post, Arie wrote, “BOY! & GIRL! How did we get so lucky @laurenluyendyk?!”
Lauren created an Instagram account for her twins where she’s documenting her pregnancy journey. In the bio of that Instagram page, she has shared that the twins are due on July 3, 2021.
This pregnancy will give the couple two rainbow babies. In May of last year, Lauren opened up about suffering a missed miscarriage, which occurs when the embryo has died but has not been physically miscarried.
We wish Lauren and Arie a huge congratulations on welcoming twins and look forward to watching their journey of adding two more bundles of joy to their family.
