Actor Ben Savage Expecting 1st Baby with Wife Tessa Angermeier, Reveals Baby’s Due Date
Actor Ben Savage is going to be a dad! The actor, most notably known for his role as Cory Matthews on the ‘90s TV series Boy Meets World, announced that he and his wife Tessa Angermeier are excepting their first baby together. “Arriving this fall.”
The actor shared a picture of the couple outdoors with palm trees in the background and they held out a string of ultrasound images. While Ben alluded to a fall due date for their baby, Tessa clarified further in her post writing, “November can’t come soon enough.” The couple did not reveal their baby’s sex.
The actor’s post was flooded with comments from fellow child stars wishing the couple congratulations. Actress Danica McKellar, who started on The Wonder Years with Ben’s brother Fred Savage, commented, “Whaaat?? Congratulations!! ❤️❤️❤️.” Actress Maitland Ward, who appeared on Boy Meets World during the final two seasons, wrote, “Congratulations both of you!”
The Girl Meets World star started dating the graphic designer in 2018, first appearing on the actor’s Instagram in August 2018. The couple confirmed their engagement in January 2023 after Tessa was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left ring finger. Two months after their engagement was revealed, the couple shared that they tied the knot. In March, news came out that Ben and Tessa got married in February 2023 at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California. On their second wedding anniversary this past year, Tessa wrote on Instagram, “Happy anniversary Love you always.”
