Last September, rappers Cardi B and Offset welcomed their third baby together. At the time, the former couple hadn’t shared the name of their little one. Now, as Cardi B called out her former partner, she shared her baby’s name.
When the “Wanna Be” rapper announced her pregnancy in August of last year, it came on the heels of her filing for divorce from Offset, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus. She alluded to their relationship status at the time writing, “With every ending comes a new beginning!” In a conversation on X, Cardi B expressed her frustration over her ex’s lack of presence in his children’s lives. She referred to her third child by name for the first time, revealing that she named her daughter Blossom. Looking back, Cardi B hinted to her daughter’s name when announcing her birth, as she included two cherry blossom emojis.
The rappers, who tied the knot in September 2017, share two other children together: daughterKulture, born in July 2018, and son Wave, born in September 2021. On the social media platform, Cardi B shared about her ex, “Kiari is allowed to see my kids. It is not one day that he’s not allowed to see my kids. He stood up my kids three times.”
She went on to refer to her newborn writing, “He has seen Blossom only like five times and I been trying to save your face… I said you can see my kids in my house. I want my daughter to feel the love of her dad. He hasn’t seen his kids since March.”
