Country music star Luke Combs is gearing up to join the 2 children under 2 club. The “Love You Anyway” singer and his wife Nicole are expecting their second child together! The news comes less than one year after the couple welcomed their first child in June 2022.

Luke shared a joint Instagram Reel with his wife that featured the couple’s first child, son Tex Lawrence. Tex wore a white onesie with the text “Big Brother” on the back of it. In addition to their pregnancy announcement, the couple also revealed their child’s sex. It’s a boy! Their son is due this September.

The couple doesn’t post their son often on their respective social media pages and when they do, they are careful to show his face. Their announcement video followed this trend, with his face away from the camera in the collage of photos turned into a video. The post also featured a clip of a new son set to be released this Friday titled “Take You with Me,” which will be featured on his upcoming album “Gettin’ Old.” He popped into the comments of the post to ensure fans didn’t miss out on the reveal writing, “I would have the audio turned on for this post if I was y’all…”

Luke and Nicole met in 2016 at the 30A Songwriters Festival in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. They both happened to be residents of Nashville and started dating soon after meeting in Florida. The couple announced they were engaged in November 2018 and tied the knot in August 2020. They were married at their beachside South Florida home in an intimate ceremony.

Congratulations to Luke and Nicole on the news of their second child! We wish them all the best as they prepare to add another bundle of joy to their family.
