Michelle Dockery, the actress who plays Lady Mary Crowley in the Downton Abbey franchise, has announced that she and husband Jasper Waller Bridge are expecting their first child. Dockery shared the exciting news during the world premiere of the movie “Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale.”
According to People.com, the couple met through friends in 2019, and were married in September 2023 after a year-long engagement. Jasper Waller-Bridge is a music manager and film/television producer, and the brother of Phoebe Waller-Bridge, known for such shows as Fleabag and Killing Eve.
Michelle was previously engaged to the late John Dineen who passed away in 2015, losing a battle to a rare form of cancer.
