Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Witney Carson has announced that she and her husband Carson McAllister are expecting their first child! The dancer shared the news on Instagram in a post sponsored with ClearBlue.
Witney was beaming ear-to-ear in her photos. She posted two where her husband had hoisted her up and she was showcasing sonogram pictures and a positive ClearBlue pregnancy test. In the first photo, she is looking at the camera while the second shot shows her looking at her husband. She echoed the elation in her photos by sharing in the caption, “We can’t even contain our excitement and joy right now.” She also revealed her little bundle of joy is due in January of 2021.
Witney, who first gained attention when she finished ladies’ second runner-up in season nine of So You Think You Can Dance at the age of 18, received praise and well-wishes from many DWTS alums including Candace Cameron Bure, Sadie Robertson, and Kel Michell, the latter of whom was partnered with Witney during his run on the show.
Witney is not the only professional dancer on the hit reality show! Fellow dancer and Witney’s best friend Lindsay Arnold is also expecting and revealed in May that she was pregnant with a baby girl.
