Reality Star Hannah Ann Sluss Expecting Baby #1 with NFL Player Jake Funk: ‘Joyful Surprise’
Reality star Hannah Ann Sluss is going to be a mom! The Bachelor alum and her husband Jake Funk, an NFL player, announced they are expecting their first baby together. “It was such an unexpected and joyful surprise!”
The reality star took to Instagram to announce the couple’s baby news and also gave an exclusive interview with PEOPLE about all her pregnancy details. Hannah revealed that she and the Los Angeles Rams player will welcome their first baby in November. The influencer gushed in her Instagram post, “Each day growing you is a blessing God’s plan is more perfect than we ever imagined. We know God is in this story, and we can’t wait to meet you.”
Hannah shared in her interview when the couple learned they were having a baby. “We found out we were expecting during a trip to Dubai. It was such an unexpected and joyful surprise! A moment we’ll always treasure.” She also revealed that Jake’s reaction was “so funny!” The couple kept their baby news private and waited until the 12 week mark before sharing the news with those close to them. “We shared the news at a family party, and it was the best surprise! Everyone was so excited and incredibly supportive.”
The couple, who tied the knot in Italy last year, have already started talking about baby names. But, they’re being cautious because they want to choose a moniker with significance. “We’ve started talking names and love the idea of choosing one that’s meaningful and tied to family in some way.”
