Influencer Sophia Grace Brownlee is a mom! Sophia, who rose to fame in 2011 following her appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show, took to Instagram to announce the birth of her first child. Sophia’s little one, whom she shares with a boyfriend whose identity has remained private, was born on February 26th.

Sophia has welcomed a baby boy, whose sex she had announced previously in November 2022. shared a black-and-white photo of herself holding her newborn’s hand without revealing her little one’s face. On not showing her son’s face, Sophia had revealed in a video last month that she wasn’t sure when she would be ready to do so. “I don’t want to show my baby’s face as first when he’s born until I feel ready to. Maybe in a couple of months after he’s born, I will feel like I’m ready.” The influencer also did not announce the name she chose for her son.

Ellen Degeneres took to the comments of Sophia’s post to wish her congratulations with a nod to the performance that made her famous. “Welcome to the world, Nicki Minaj the 3rd!” Sophia performed Nicki Minaj’s song “Super Bass” with her cousin Rosie McClelland on the talk show, a performance that captured the hearts of many and launched the two to notoriety.

When announcing her pregnancy in October, Sophia shared that she was “very shocked” to learn she was expecting. “I got used to it now,” she explained in a YouTube video, “and I’m super, super happy about it. I can’t wait to share this journey with you guys and definitely have a lot of different content from what I usually have.”

Congratulations to Sophia on the arrival of her first child! We wish her lots of love and look forward to learning the name she chose for her son, should she decide to share it.
