In March, reality star Mackenzie McKee shared that she and her partner Khesanio Hall were expecting twins, their first babies together. Now, the Teen Mom star has revealed the sex of the couple’s babies. She shared images from the gender reveal party she hosted that showed her whole family excited by the news.

The couple hosted a games-themed gender reveal party, and to reveal the news, Khesanio kicked two small soccer balls thrown into the air by Mackenzie to reveal a color cloud with the color associated with their baby’s sex. Both soccer balls burst into pink: it’s girls! The reality star wrote in the caption of her gender reveal video, “And it’s two little Queens. We are so excited for our twin girls. I hope daddy @khezzii is ready.”

Mackenzie shares three children with her ex Josh McKee: two sons named Gannon and Broncs and a daughter named Jaxie. In an interview with PEOPLE, the reality star shared why she wanted to go all out on her gender reveal for her twins. “I hadn’t done a gender reveal with the others. I think I just went in and found out.” On how she wanted to celebrate the news, she shared, “I kind of wanted it to be small, do something with maybe just the kids, and my friends are like, ‘No, let’s throw you something big. We want to go all out.’ It’s such a big moment, but for this, it was a big moment and then a second big moment.”

After welcoming Broncs, the reality star had a tubal ligation and turned to IVF to grow her family with Khesanio. Her fertility journey has been documented on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. The experience gave her a new appreciation for what IVF moms go through. “I gained a whole new respect for women who struggle with infertility. I don’t struggle with infertility, I had my tubes tied. I did have three kids naturally, and this is because I chose to tie my tubes, so I’m sensitive to those moms and this topic.”

Congratulations to Mackenzie and Khesanio on the news of their twin girls!
