Peloton instructor Robin Arzón is growing her family! The Peloton VP of fitness programming revealed on Live with Kelly and Ryan that she and her husband Drew Butler are expecting their second child. “We are overjoyed.”

During her appearance on the morning show, Robin was teaching hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest a bodyweight strength workout when Ryan asked her if she had done these workouts while pregnant. The fitness instructor excitedly replied, “Well, funny you should ask – because I’m pregnant!” Robin later shared an Instagram reel to her social media page that showed her revealing the news of her pregnancy to family and friends.

Robin and Drew welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Athena Amelia, in March 2021. The Strong Mama author shared with PEOPLE that Athena is excited to become a big sister. “She kisses my belly and says hi to the baby. We definitely keep including her as part of this whole process because I want her to feel like she’s part of it because she definitely is.”

Much like how she did with her last pregnancy, Robin is open about her decision to continue exercising through pregnancy. She discussed her thoughts on this during her interview with PEOPLE sharing, “The biggest message that I want to send to pregnant folks is to focus on what you can control rather than leading with limitation. There’s so much more a pregnant person can do rather than what they can’t. I was very, very physically active during my first pregnancy, and I’m even more so now because I’m not restricted by the lockdown. Hopefully I’ll keep lifting, running, riding and doing all the things until this baby comes.”

Congratulations to Robin and Drew on the news of their second child! We wish them all the best as they await the arrival of their newborn.
