Actress Brianne Howey is transforming a TV role into her real life. She’s going to become a mother! Brianne, who plays the role of Georgia in the mother-daughter centric Netflix series Ginny & Georgia, is pregnant with her first child with her husband Matt Ziering.

Brianne announced her pregnancy news while attending the Boss spring 2023 fashion show in Miami. The actress wore a brown maxi dress that hugged her baby bump. After her appearance, she shared a post on her Instagram page to share the news. She added the caption, referencing her little one, “@boss show with my forever new +1.” The Passage star did not reveal when her little one is due.

Brianne met Matt, a lawyer, through mutual friends and went public with their relationship in November 2014. The two were set to tie the knot in October 2020 but postponed their nuptials due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of getting married, they decided to get a dog. The actress shared at the time, “We canceled our wedding. We couldn’t get married in 2020 but we did get a dog.” The two adopted a dog named Bodie, who is frequently featured on Brianne’s social media pages.

They tied the knot at a private residence in Palos Verdes, California in 2021 surrounded by family and friends. Of her wedding day, Brianne shared with PEOPLE, “It was the most beautiful feeling to be surrounded by so many people we love. The night was more magical than I could have ever imagined. I wish all of my nights could end with a Son of a Gun fried chicken sandwich and a Spice Girls dance party.”

Congratulations to Brianne and Matt on the news of their first child! We wish them lots of love as they prepare to become parents.
