Last month, reality stars Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner announced they were expecting twins. The news came a few weeks after revealing they were pregnant. Now, the couple has revealed the sex of their twins.

The couple shared a video from their gender reveal party to their family YouTube page. The event took place on a beach and the reveal was quite unique. A tic-tac-toe board was set up for Jamie and Doug’s kids to play that would reveal the sex of their new siblings. In the video, Jamie discussed how she had “always wanted girl-girl twins” and that she was shocked she had even gotten pregnant with twins. She went on to share emphatically, “I’m happy with literally anything of course.” She asked Doug what his guess was for the twins and he said he had a feeling both twins are girls.

In the video, the couple’s children Henley Grace and Hendrix Douglas played the tic-tac-toe game, revealing a color pink or blue for each space. A friend of the couple, who set up the gender reveal, shared that if there were three blues in a row, it meant one baby was a boy but the sex of the other was still unknown and if there were three pinks in a row, it meant both babies were girls. As the kids played, Hendrix pulled off a title to reveal three blue spaces in a row, which meant that one of the twins is a baby boy! However, that also means they don’t yet know the sex of the second baby.

Of the reveal, Jamie shared on Instagram, “I was genuinely SHOCKED. I don’t know why bc it’s 50/50!🤪😆 I just really thought it was going to be different. I absolutely love being surprised and this was one of the best kept secrets.”

Congratulations to Jamie and Doug on the news of their baby boy!
