Singer-songwriter Jessie James Decker has given birth to her fourth baby! The “If You’re Up” singer has announced the arrival of her fourth baby with her husband Eric Decker, a former NFL player. The couple announced last August that they were growing their family.
To reveal the news, Jessie shared a picture of her sitting in a hospital bed holding her newborn, while Eric stood beside her gazing at the couple’s new arrival. Jessie and Eric welcomed a baby boy, “our beautiful boy is here,” on February 9th and chose to name him Denver Calloway Decker.
Denver joins the Decker family with three older siblings. The singer and former New England Patriots player share one daughter and two sons: Vivianne Rose, 9, Eric “Bubby” Thomas Jr, 8, and Forrest Bradley, 5. Last month, the “I Still Love You” singer shared with PEOPLE how helpful her kids have been while preparing for their new baby brother. “They’ve been such a big help. What I love about this is they’re really aware of what’s going on. Before, whenever Forrest was born, they were still babies themselves and so they knew what was going on, but not to this level.” She went on to share, “I mean, Vivi will be 10 years old when this baby’s here and if we all remember being 10, you know what’s going on. And she is completely aware and so excited, and they’ve all been helping me in the nursery finalize things.”
The “Wanted” singer first began dating the NFL player in 2011 after the two met through mutual friends. The couple became engaged the following year in 2012. In June 2013, Jessie and Eric tied the knot in Castle Rock, Colorado at the St. Francis of Assisi Church.
Congratulations to Jessie and Eric on the arrival of baby Denver!
