Reality stars Lauren Burham and Arie Luyendyk Jr. are adding another baby to their family! The Bachelor alums announced they are expecting their fourth baby together. The news comes a few weeks after Arie shared his plans to reverse his vasectomy.
The couple shared a joint Instagram post with pictures from a family photoshoot to announce their family’s news. The whole family wore white sweaters, with Lauren and her two daughters matching in blue jeans and Arie and the couple’s son sporting black denim. In the caption, Lauren wrote, “our last missing piece,” before sharing her baby’s due date, “coming this september.”
Lauren and Arie, who met on season 22 of The Bachelor, tied the knot in Hawaii in January 2019. Later that year, the couple welcomed their first baby, a daughter named Alessi. Two years later, the couple welcomed twins, a son named Lux and a daughter named Senna.
The couple’s pregnancy news comes just a few weeks after the former race car driver shared that he reversed his vasectomy. Arie recently shared, “I got the vasectomy after the twins were born, and ever since then, I don’t know, I think I rushed it,” he admitted. “Honestly, it’s more on me. I think having the twins was hard at first.” He scheduled his vasectomy appointment when the twins were six months old. Arie recalled afterward, “And then I kind of remember a moment of watching Senna, and she’s like…all of our kids are like the best age right now. And I just felt like, ‘Dang it, I think we could do this again.'” On her husband getting the vasectomy reversed, Lauren shared, “It’s funny, he fully convinced me that that chapter’s closed and I’m like, ‘Okay,’ and came to terms with that. And now have to just get out of that again. So I’m getting there. Arie is totally there. I’m getting there.”
Congratulations to Lauren and Arie on the news of their fourth baby!
