Nearly two weeks ago, reports revealed that reality star Kourtney Kardashian and musician Travis Barker had welcomed their first baby together. Now, details about the couple’s little one have been shared, including the birth date and name confirmation. The Blast was the first to report on the news after obtaining the baby’s birth certificate.
According to the birth certificate, Kourtney gave birth to her fourth baby on November 1st at a hospital in Los Angeles, Cedar’s Sinai Medical Center. She and Travis named their baby, a boy, Rocky Thirteen Barker. The couple had revealed in June they were expecting a son and Travis shared the little one’s moniker on the One Life One Chance podcast, which was released on October 30th, just days before Rocky’s birth.
Prior to sharing the name news on the Oct 30th podcast, Travis had shared in July that the name had “been going through my head lately” on the Complex’s GOAT Talk video series. “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies,” he shared before explaining that it also pays tribute to 1976’s Rocky, “the greatest boxing movie of all time,” he added. He even discussed the middle name sharing, “And 13 is just the greatest number of all time.” The number features other significance as well, as Rocky is the 13th grandchild of Kris Jenner, Kourtney’s mother.
The couple both have other children from previous relationships. The Lemme founder shares three children with her ex Scott Disick: Mason Dash, 13, Penelope Scotland, 11, and Reign Aston, 8. The Blink-182 drummer also shares three children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler: Landon, 20, Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.
