Actress Billie Lourd revealed surprising news on the red carpet at the London premiere of Ticket to Paradise, her new film. She is pregnant! This new bundle of joy will be Billie’s second child with her partner, fellow actor Austen Rydell.
Billie wore a sparkly pink dress that showed off her growing baby bump. Billie and Austen were all smiles as they posed on the carpet. The couple welcomed their first child in September 2020. The announcement came as a shock as the couple had not previously revealed they were expecting. They named their son Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell. Fisher is a nod to Billie’s mother, actress Carrie Fisher, who passed away in 2016.
The Booksmart actress began dating Austen in 2016 and they had an off-again, on-again relationship for a year before rekindling their romance in late 2017. The couple tied the knot this past March after becoming engaged in June 2020. They married in an intimate ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
For Austen’s 30th birthday this year, Billie shared a touching post celebrating her husband. “Happy triple decade to my HUSBAND (whoaaa still feels super cool to say that out loud ok fine type it out loud is typing out loud a thing?) You make me the giddiest gal in the universe (yes I said giddy no it’s not a ✨hip✨ word to use but it’s the only one that captures how you make me feel) anyway I’m not gonna write a novel on this here instagram post but I could write a whole stack o novels about how much I love you!!!”
