Reality TV star and fashion designer Angela Simmons has announced that she is expecting her first child with fiancé Sutton Tennyson.  She shared a photo of her baby bump on Instagram with the caption, “We are overjoyed and super excited to receive a blessing this big!  Starting a family was something that I could have only dreamed of.”

Simmons’ father is Joseph Simmons, better known as Rev. Run of Run-D.M.C.  Angela and the rest of Rev. Run’s family was featured on the MTV series Run’s House for six seasons.  Angela is currently the executive producer for WeTV’s Growing Up Hip Hop which was just renewed for a second season.

Angela has dodged rumors of a pregnancy for several weeks since announcing her surprise engagement in April.  At the time of her engagement, it was not widely known that she was in a serious relationship.  The fashion designer showed off her diamond ring and gushed, “YES!! I couldn’t be more excited. This is only something I could of only dreamed of. I’m over the moon and feeling so blessed to be able to share my life with the one I truly love. Everything happened in the most perfect way.”

This will be the third grandchild for Rev. Run; Angela’s sibling sister Vanessa is mom to a two-year-old daughter, Ava Marie Jean, and her brother JoJo’s daughter Mia KayLee was born in February of this year.
