Reality stars Bliss Poureetezadi and Zack Goytowski are parents! The couple, who met on the Netflix series Love Is Blind during the show’s fourth season, have announced the birth of their first baby together. “Born on a sunny April day in Seattle.”
Bliss and Zack shared a video on Instagram with clips of the couple and their newborn in the baby’s nursery. The couple welcomed a baby girl and chose to name her Galileo Terri Rayne Goytowski. In the comments of the post, Bliss explained the meaning and inspiration behind her daughter’s name. “A powerful name for a powerful little lady: Galileo was not only one of the great brilliant minds of time but the name also represents the area where Jesus performed his miracles. Terri is after [Zack‘s] beautiful angel mama who l know will always watch over our baby girl. Rayne means blessings and Queen. We call her Leo (Lay-o) for short.”
The video the couple posted was set to Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance,” and Bliss gave a nod to the song in the caption writing, “We hope you dance our beautiful baby girl.” In the comments of the post, Zack revealed, “The first thing our daughter heard when she entered this world was ‘I Hope You Dance’.” The new dad also gushed in the comments, “My little professor I can’t wait to see how you change the world. You’ve already changed mine.” In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the couple shared about welcoming Galileo, “We are so in love with our precious, beautiful baby girl. We are forever changed and are so blessed to spend the rest of our lives loving her. She is our moon, our stars, the center of our universe.”
The couple announced they were growing their family last November. The Bliss Theory founder shared at the time, “Babies are miracles and blessings, and I think we’ve been so open to sharing our journey and our relationship with the world, and this is our next big beautiful thing. I’m really happy and I hope that it brings joy to other people. It’s definitely brought us a ton of joy.”
The couple’s baby announcement comes just one day after the two celebrated two years of marriage. They tied the knot on Love Is Blind in May 2022. In a joint post on Instagram to mark the anniversary, Zack wrote, “Two years ago today, as we sat on the phone, about to make the craziest decision of our lives in front of all our friends and family, I never would have guessed where we would be today. We were clueless, diving headfirst into the unknown. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. The only certainty I had was the love I felt in my heart for you, that I had found what I had been looking for my entire life. Thats all I needed. Just to trust my heart and take a leap of faith. Thank you for making this the best two years of my life. Two years of bliss. Here’s to a lifetime more.”
