Actors Carlos and Alexa PenaVega have shared a sad update on Alexa’s pregnancy with the couple’s fourth baby. In a text-based Instagram post, the couple has revealed they stillbirth of their little one. They announced they were expecting a baby last November.

“There are never the right words to say when it comes to loss,” the couple began their post. “After a beautiful and peaceful delivery our daughter “Indy” was born at rest.” Later in the post, they shared her full name: Indy Rex PenaVega. They went on to detail how they’re navigating this difficult time. “It has been a painful journey. But in the paid we have found peace. God continues to comfort and hold us in his arms. The prayers from the community around us have been so sustaining in this difficult season.”

The Never Too Late to Celebrate stars went on to share more about Indy. “This little girl has already changed our lives in so many ways. She was absolutely beautiful. And looked just like daddy. Dark hair and all.” They also revealed the grief they’ve been feeling. “Grief has come to us in waves. Moments of feeling absolutely gutted… then moments of feeling blessed by just getting a moment with her. We can’t understand why things like this happen and we may never get those answers.”

The couple ended their post with a message for their daughter that referenced the family’s recent move to Tennessee. “Indy Rex PenaVega, you completely changed our world. You moved us to a new place. You gave us the community we have been longing for. We love you and can’t wait to see how many other lives you change.”

The actors shared three children together: two sons Ocean King, 6, and Kingston James, 4, and daughter Rio Rey, 2. Our thoughts are with Carlos, Alexa, and their family during this difficult time.
