Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton announced via Twitter this morning that she and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, have welcomed their third child into the world, a baby boy!

The couple named their third child and second son Jasper Clinton. How sweet! Jasper will be little brother to a sister, Charlotte, 5, and a brother, Aiden, 3. These siblings are eager to meet their little brother.

Chelsea’s mother, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, reshared Chelsea’s Twitter post to share her excitement as well writing, “Sharing some happy news this morning! Bill and I are so thrilled.”

The daughter of former President Bill Clinton met her husband Marc in 1993 at a Democratic political retreat in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Their parents were close friends during that time. In 2005, the couple was reported to be dating. They became engaged in 2009 and were married a year later, in July of 2010. They were wed in an interfaith ceremony in Rhinebeck, New York.

The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Charlotte, four years later on September 26, 2014. On June 18, 2016, they welcomed their second son, Aiden. Now, the family is a party of five. It’s certainly a full house at the Clinton-Mezvinsky household! But these parents seem to really love parenthood and takes her job very seriously. She told The Journal News, “The biggest shift since becoming a parent is talking to my children about why we make these choices at home and why it’s important that we all be part of making these choices regardless of our age.”

It really is a big year for first daughters! Before summer is over, former first daughter Jenna Bush Hager will be welcoming a third child as well.
