In October, professional soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner Georgina Rodríguez announced that they were expecting twins! Now, the couple has revealed the gender of their twin babies with a video gender reveal.
The couple enlisted their four children – Cristiano, Mateo, Eva, and Alana – to help share the news. The boys held one balloon and the girls held another. Off camera, Georgina counted down to the children popping their balloons. One balloon had blue confetti and the other balloon had pink confetti – it’s another set of boy-girl twins for the family!
The Manchester United F.C. forward first became a father in 2010 when he welcomed his son, Cristiano Jr. He shared on social media at the time, “With the agreement of the mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, I will have exclusive custody of my son.” Cristiano welcomed his first set of twins, Mateo and Eva. The twins were welcomed via surrogate and, similar to his first child, the mother of his twins has not been identified.
One month after announcing the arrival of Mateo and Eva, Cristiano announced that he and Georgina were expecting their first child together. They welcomed their daughter Alana in November of 2017. The soccer star, who is currently the most-followed person on Instagram, features his children prominently on his social media page.
Cristiano began dating the model in 2016 after meeting at the Gucci store she worked at in Madrid, Spain. They were photographed on their first public date at Disneyland Paris in November 2016.
