Erin Lim, host of E!’s Snapchat show The Rundown, has announced that she is expecting her first child with her husband Joshua Rhodes. The host revealed that the couple will be welcoming their child in December.
The couple shared with E! News, “No statement could quite sum up our feelings of excitement and joy! B-Rho’s expected arrival in December will be the perfect bookend for the wild year we’ve had so far.” Erin went on to explain why she chose to share the news. “Hiding it for 20 weeks has been hard now that I’m this far. Honestly if I wasn’t on cam all the time, I’d pull a Kylie Jenner on y’all!” she shared, referring to the Kylie Cosmetics founder keeping the pregnancy of her first child a complete secret until her arrival. “But I’m also so happy to be a mom-in-the-making that I can’t contain it anymore.”
Erin and Joshua met at church in 2018. The clothing designer proposed to Erin surrounded by close family in September of 2020. They tied the knot earlier this year on a very memorable wedding date: 1/21/21. “We decided around the holiday that because of COVID we wanted to have a small, intimate wedding with just our family,” Erin shared in March 2021. “We decided to get married in my parent’s backyard. Joshua’s dad actually married us, so it was really, really special.”
