Actor Ed Westwick is a dad! The actor, most notably known for starring in the TV series Gossip Girl in the role of Chuck Bass, and his wife Amy Jackson announced the birth of their first baby together. “Words can’t express the wonder.”
In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared a series of black and white images with their newborn baby. The caption of the post, including a blanket the baby was swaddled in in the images, revealed their baby’s name and sex. “Welcome to the world, baby boy.” Ed and Amy welcomed a son and chose to name him Oscar Alexander Westwick. While Oscar is Ed’s first baby, he is Amy’s second. She shares a 5-year-old son name Andreas with her ex George Panayiotou.
The Dark Game star and his wife announced in October that they were expecting their first baby together. Their pregnancy news came just a few months after the couple tied the knot on the Amalfi Coast in August 2024. The couple first confirmed they were in a relationship in 2022 after the Mission: Chapter 1 star shared a picture of them together online.
After marrying Amy, the actor shared a series of posts from their special day. His first post was captioned, “The journey has just begun ,” and his second post, which showed the couple on a boat, read, “Sailing into forever with you…” In his final post celebrating his nuptials, the Chalet Girl star gushed, “With the sun setting behind us, surrounded by our dearest friends and family, we exchanged our vows in a moment we’ll cherish forever. The secret garden ceremony was nothing short of enchanting – it was pure magic.”
