Congratulations to Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, who welcomed a baby girl two weeks ago! John spilled the baby beans about their recent addition, tweeting: “What better way to celebrate the 4th… than to announce our 4th family member!!! 2 weeks ago we met our beautiful daughter Violet #Happy4th.”
Violet is an English name that means purple/blue flower. Beautiful!
Emily told C magazine earlier this year: “The first pregnancy is the most self-indulgent thing in the world because you get massages and prenatal yoga and hypnotherapy CDs.” The second time around, however, was much different, as she explained: “During this one I forget that I’m even pregnant. I’m hoisting a 2-year-old around!”
This is Emily and John’s second child together. They are also parents to daughter Hazel, 2. The couple got married in July 2010.
