Last month, Gypsy Rose Blanchard announced she was expecting her first baby with her boyfriend Ken Urker. Now, the couple has revealed the sex of their first baby. “Ken and I are over the moon and are so excited to start our family.”

The Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star, who entered the spotlight after years of being a victim to Munchausen syndrome by proxy that led to her playing a role in the murder of her mom Dee Dee in 2015, shared videos and images from a gender reveal party with family. Before the reveal video, Gypsy posted a video of her family making their guesses on whether the couple’s baby would be a boy or a girl.

Following two teaser posts, the couple finally revealed their baby’s sex. It’s a girl! Gypsy wrote in her post, “The moment y’all have been waiting for… It’s a girl! We’re so thankful for our friends, neighbors, and families who came to our party today! We also want thank ya’ll for your love and support!” The couple’s daughter is due in January 2025. Since announcing her pregnancy, the reality star has been taking her followers on a journey to document her baby’s growth, showing the size of her baby compared to food items and reading pregnancy and motherhood books.

Gypsy first met Ken while incarcerated, serving a sentence for her role in her mother’s murder. The couple met as pen pals and while Ken proposed to Gypsy in 2018, their relationship didn’t last. The reality star went on to marry another pen pal, Ryan Anderson, during her prison stay and was married to him following her release in 2023. However, their marriage didn’t survive her release and Gypsy ended up rekindling her relationship with Ken.

Congratulations to Gypsy and Ken on the news of their daughter.
