Reality star Jeremiah Duggar is going to be a dad! The Counting On star and his wife Hannah Wissmann are expecting their first child.
The couple shared separate announcements on their Instagram pages from a maternity shoot to share the news. They were dressed casually in the image and wore baseball hats, with Jeremiah’s reading “DAD” and Hannah’s reading “MOM.” For his post, the Duggar family member expressed his gratitude for this new stage. “I’m so grateful for the many blessings in life right now. The top being my incredible wife who brings so much joy to each day, and our precious little baby on the way!” Hannah, a musician, reflected on her relationship with Jeremiah to share the news. “From spontaneous adventures and work projects over the last couple of years, to the sweetest dates and then creating a home together, you are my absolute favorite part of every single day. God has blessed me beyond what I ever dreamed possible and I can’t wait to see you as a dad!!” The couple did not reveal when their little one is due to arrive.
The couple’s pregnancy news comes 5 months after the pair tied the knot on March 26th at First Baptist Church in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. They didn’t waste any time tying the knot as Jeremiah proposed to Hannah in January of this year after the couple began courting in late 2021.
At the time, Jeremiah and Hannah reflected on their wedding day with US Weekly sharing, “Today was a perfect day, as we stood before our family and friends and committed our lives to each other. It was such a beautiful culmination of so many prayers, dreams & desires! As we’ve seen God’s gracious hand in bringing our lives together, we are excited to see how He will continue to direct our paths. We are looking forward to sharing our married journey with you. Thank you for sharing our joy!”
Congratulations to Jeremiah and Hannah on the news of their pregnancy! We wish them all the best as they prepare to welcome their first child into the world.
