Reality stars John and Abbie Duggar have added another bundle of joy to their family! The couple announced in May that they were expecting a baby and revealed at the time that they were having a boy. They shared that their son arrived last month and revealed the name they chose for him.
“We are now a family of 4!” the couple began their post on their joint Instagram account. John and Abbie named their son Charlie, an English name that means “free man.” “We welcomed little 💙Charlie💙 into the world last month and have been soaking up newborn snuggles ever since! We are so thankful to God for this precious gift!” The couple shared an image of their family together that also featured the couple’s first child, a daughter named Grace Annette. Grace, who goes by the nickname Gracie, was born in January 2020.
John and Abbie are approaching their fourth wedding anniversary in November. The couple tied the knot in Arkansas on November 3rd, 2018. They began courting in June 2018 and just one month later, John asked Abbie to be his wife. The Counting On stars wasted no time in getting married 4 months later. In June, Abbie shared a picture of the couple on the beach on their Instagram feed. In the image, John stood behind Abbie holding her close. The caption of the post read, “My favorite place to be is in your arms!”
