Last month, news broke that Khloé Kardashian was expecting her second child via surrogate. The baby was reportedly conceived in November, with Khloé’s on-again, off-again partner Tristan Thompson being the father. Now, reports reveal Khloé and Tristan’s child has arrived.
A rep for the Kardashians star has confirmed that the couple welcomed a baby boy! At this time, Khloé has not yet decided on a name for her son and it’s unclear when exactly he was born. The Good American co-founder has not shared any news about her second child on her social media pages.
Khloé and the NBA player share one child together, a daughter named True whom they welcomed in April of 2018. The couple began their relationship in 2016 and has been tumultuous, with Tristan cheating on Khloé more than once during their time together. They officially called it quits this past December following reports that he welcomed a child with a woman he cheated on Khloé with. That child was born on December 1st, just weeks after the couple’s surrogate became pregnant with their baby boy.
When revealing the couple’s pregnancy news, a rep for the reality star made it clear where Khloé and Tristan’s relationship stands. “Khloe and Tristan are not back together and have not spoken since December outside of co-parenting matters. The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December.”
Khloé opened up about the challenges she would face trying to grow her family during the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Her doctor told her that if she were to become pregnant again, her pregnancy would be considered high-risk and Khloé shared that she would have an 80 percent chance of miscarrying. In the episode, she shared, “This is all really shocking to me. All I’m trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family, and I just seem to be running into more and more roadblocks. It’s really hard for me to digest.”
