Actors Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons welcomed their first child on May 3, but they didn’t reveal their baby boy’s name at the time.
According to a report from The Blast, Kirsten and Jesse chose a unique name for their little guy: Ennis Howard Plemons.
Ennis is an Irish name, meaning “descendent of Angus.” Interestingly, Ennis was the name of a character on the third season of Fargo… the couple met on the set of the series during season 2, when they played a married couple.
Kirsten told Marie Claire UK in May 2017 that she was ready to start a family, saying: “I’m at a stage in my life where I’m like, I’ve been working since I was 3. It’s time to have babies and chill. You know what I mean?”
She added: “I wasn’t one of those ‘I need a baby!’ people until my goddaughter was born. I love her so much. That love is just like.. you can’t experience that unless you have a kid.”
