Reality star Lala Kent is a mother of two! The Vanderpump Rules star shared the news in her Instagram Stories, revealing her baby was born on September 3rd. “Welcome to the world, my love.”
Lala announced in March that she was expecting a baby and revealed her baby’s sex the following month, a girl. When sharing her daughter’s arrival, the Give Them Lala podcast host did not share her baby’s moniker.
The reality star’s newborn joins Lala’s family with an older sister. Lala welcomed her first baby, a daughter named Ocean, with her ex Randall Emmett in March 2021. The podcast host has been open about conceiving her second baby via a sperm donor and intrauterine insemination (IUI). When announcing her pregnancy, Lala shared of her choice, “I will not gamble on me having my child. And I just don’t think that finding a partner and falling in love with someone has anything to do with bringing a child into the world.” She admitted that she “was really nervous at first to tell people that I was doing it this way because it was out of the norm, but I feel like it’s a very inspiring and empowering way to go about motherhood.”
Of having a new sibling, Lala previously shared about her daughter, “I think Ocean is going to freak out when another baby comes into the mix because she’s obsessed with babies and I think she’s going to be extremely hands-on.” For Ocean’s third birthday earlier this year, the Vanderpump Rules star wrote about her daughter, “To my first love: Oh how you rocked my world and sent me straight to heaven when you made me a mama. I love you so much, my little Pisces princess. Keep making waves. Happy 3rd birthday, angel face.”
Congratulations to Lala on the birth of her second baby! We look forward to learning her newborn’s moniker.
