Reality stars Olivia and Alex Bowen, who starred in the reality series Love Island, have announced the arrival of their first child. The couple welcomed their child on June 10th. “The day our lives changed for the better,” Alex wrote in his post.
It’s a boy! The couple named their son Abel Jacob Bowen, with Alex revealing that their son will go by AJ. Abel is a Hebrew name that means “a breath.” The new mom gushed about her firstborn in her post, writing, “You are everything.”
The couple, who met on Love Island in 2016, announced their pregnancy to ring in the new year in 2022. Olivia and Alex got engaged in New York City the same year their reality series ran. Olivia appeared on the TLC reality series Say Yes To The Dress to pick out her gown for her special day. They tied the knot in Septebmer of 2018 at at Gosfield Hall in Essex, which is Olivia’s hometown.
Earlier this month, Olivia penned an emotional post for her husband as she looked forward to their new chapter. “Lived the dream with you, nearly time for part two… Looking back at the last six years with my man of my dreams & can’t believe what we’ve done & seen together. Too much to even fathom sometimes! Forever lucky.”
