Country music star Luke Combs announced in January that he and his wife Nicole were expecting their first child together. Now, the new dad has revealed the arrival of his first child – who was appropriately born on Father’s Day!
When the “Beautiful Crazy” singer announced his family news, he revealed that they were expecting a son. The couple named their son Tex Lawrence Combs. To begin his announcement post, Luke mentioned his son’s Father’s Day arrival. “Welp he decided that Fathers Day would be a good time to show up. I couldn’t agree more.” The “Forever After All” singer continued by sharing, “Me and @nicolejcombs are over the moon in love with this little guy. Mama and baby are healthy and we’re back home now with family. Life is good.”
For her announcement, Nicole gushed about her son writing, “You are the best chillest angel boy and I’m so happy I was chosen to be your mom. These are the days.” The couple began dating in 2016 and were engaged for three years before tying the knot in August of 2020. Luke, who recently won CMA Entertainer of the Year, and Nicole were married in an intimate ceremony at their beachside South Florida home. Their nuptials were almost postponed the day of their wedding when Hurricane Isaias threatened to hit the shore. Luckily, there were able to continue and enjoy their ceremony without incident.
Congratulations to Luke and Nicole on the arrival of baby Tex! We wish them lots of love on their new journey as parents.
