Reality star Mackenzie McKee is growing her family! The Teen Mom star announced on The Drew Barrymore Show that she and her fiancé Khesanio Hall are expecting their first children together. And they’re not just expecting one baby… it’s twins!
During an interview on The Drew Barrymore Show, the reality star touched her stomach and shared with the actress, “No one knows I’m pregnant, but I am.” The host excitedly asked, “So you’re going to have twins,” to which Mackenzie nodded and confirmed. “There’s two in there.” Drew repeated, “”There’s two in there! It’s twins.” The Teen Mom alum was then asked about her partner, Khesanio, who she has been dating since 2022 and got engaged last year. “And you met a wonderful man, and you want to share this experience with him. You want to raise kids in love, you love him. You’re excited for this journey.” Mackenzie went on to joke, referencing her first three children, “It was planned. Finally.”
Mackenzie first appeared on season three of Teen Mom after welcoming her son Gannon, now 13. She also shares two other children – Jaxie, 10, and Broncs, 7 – with her ex Josh McKee. The reality star had a tubal ligation after welcoming Broncs and has opened up about her in-vitro fertilization (IVF) journey with Khesanio on the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter series.
The reality series has also followed Mackenzie’s tumultuous co-parenting journey with Josh and has been open about how Khesanio has stepped up with her kids. “What I want is for Josh to be more involved in their lives, but he’s just not. These kids love their dad but Khes is also dad now and he is consistency and he’s been solid for two years. Josh and I were together for 10 years. I can’t even tell you a month that my kids had something that was solid.” She continued, “”My kids are raised by Khes. So he is security for all of us. The hero that came to our rescue. I love his love for them. It’s not just a stepdad relationship, it’s a true love deep in his heart. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be a part of it forever.”
