Actress Maya Erskine is growing her family! The Mr. and Mrs. Smith star has announced that she and her husband Michael Angarano, a fellow actor, are expecting their second baby together. “Coming this summer.”
The PEN15 star took to Instagram to share her family’s news, posting an image of herself wearing a fitted black dress over her growing baby bump while Michael held her from behind. Her pregnancy wasn’t the only news Maya revealed in the post. She also shared that the couple is expecting a baby girl! “Baby sister coming this summer 🌸💕🐣”
The Blue Eye Samurai actress and Oppenheimer actor welcomed their first baby together in 2021, a son named Leon Frederick. The two announced their first pregnancy in November 2020 with a caption that read, “When 2 becomes 3.” Maya actually wore a similar outfit to her announcement with baby number 2. For Leon’s pregnancy announcement, Maya wore a fitted black top, rather than a dress, that hugged her belly. She paired the top with leopard print pants.
The actors made their relationship official in September 2019 after Michael posted a selfie of the couple at that year’s Emmy Awards. The two were both nominated that year, Michael for outstanding guest actor in a drama as Nick Pearson in This Is Us and Maya nominated for outstanding writing for a comedy series for PEN15. The actor captioned his post, “ohhh look who it is sitting right behind me completely randomly at an awards show in which we were both nominated who i also happen to be in love with.”
