Actress Michelle Williams has grown her family! The Fabelmans star and her husband Thomas Kail, a director, quietly welcomed their third baby together, baby number four for Michelle. The couple’s little one was born via surrogate.
The couple’s baby news was first revealed after the family of six was seen strolling through a New York neighborhood. A source for the couple later confirmed with PEOPLE that they welcomed a baby six weeks ago via surrogate. No details are known about the couple’s newborn including their name or sex.
The Dawson’s Creek alum shares two other children with Thomas, a son named Hart born in 2020 and a baby whose name and sex haven’t been shared yet but was born in 2022. Michelle also has a 19-year-old daughter named Matilda, whom she welcomed with the late actor Heath Ledger. The source who shared the couple welcomed a baby shared how they were feeling about adding another bundle of joy. “They couldn’t be happier to expand their family, and Matilda has been doting on her younger siblings.” The Dying for Sex star shared in 2023 about juggling her acting career with motherhood. “My heart obviously belongs to my children. They tug at it the most. But I really want to be able to have both. And I think that it requires deep thought and learning and the support of other women to figure out how to get through it.
