Actress Morena Baccarin made an appearance on The Talk and shared that she and her husband, fellow actor Benjamin McKenzie, are expecting their second child together!
During her appearance via video, The Talk co-host Carrie Ann Inaba mentioned that Morena appeared to be glowing. “You are glowing, by the way, I just want to say you are so glowing and radiant.” Morena thanked Carrie Ann and then stood up to show why she was appearing so glowing. A baby bump!
This new bundle of joy will be Morena’s third child, her second with The OC alum. The couple welcomed their first child together in 2016, a baby girl named Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan. Morena shares a child with her ex-husband, Austin Chick. They have a son named Julius Setta Chick.
In her interview, Morena shared how the pandemic has affected her children. She said her children experience a bit of separation anxiety when mom and dad aren’t around because they’ve gotten so used to them being there during the quarantine. “Times have changed. What we now call date night is really, honestly being able to take a walk outside together,” Morena explained. “It has inspired a lot of anxiety in the kids because we’re around all the time. So when we take a bit of time to ourselves they’re like, ‘Where are you going?!'”
Morena and Ben met in 2014 on the set of Ben’s Fox crime drama Gotham. They got engaged in 2016 and tied the knot one year later at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in New York City.
