After nearly two years, socialite Nicky Hilton has finally revealed the name of her third baby. Nicky and her husband James Rothschild announced the birth of baby number 3 in July 2022. They welcomed a baby boy but did not share his name at the time.
In an exclusive interview with US Weekly, the French Sole designer revealed the couple named their third baby Chasen. Chasen is an American name that means “hunter.” Of choosing the name, Nicky shared, “We always liked the name, and it was unusual.”
Nicky and James, who tied the knot in July 2015, share two other children together, two daughters named Lily–Grace Victoria, 7, and Theodora “Teddy” Marilyn, 6. The great-granddaughter of hotelier Conrad Hilton shared in her interview that about Chasen that “he’s so sweet and his big sisters adore him. They love him. Zero jealousy. They just dote over him.” She went on to share how they work together as family. “I’m very lucky that all of my children get along extremely well. The girls have their occasional bickering, but everyone gets along.”
Nicky revealed how the 2-year-old is developing sharing, “he’s trying to talk. He’s saying lots of words, but no full sentences yet.” She also “can’t believe that he’s going to be entering preschool in the fall, my little baby.” As for Chasen’s personality, Nicky shares that he takes after his dad. “He’s very, very serious. It’s so cute.”
