Rappers Cardi B and Offset welcomed their second child together, a son, in September of last year. Their son arrived on September 4th, and aside from those details, the couple never revealed more about their son. Today, they have finally announced his name.

Cardi B and Offset each shared images of their second child on their Instagram pages. While Cardi B just shared emojis (a dinosaur, a wave, and a teddy bear) to caption her son’s first online photos, Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, captioned his image with their son’s name: Wave Set Cephus.

Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, announced her pregnancy last June at the BET Awards during her performance with her partner. She later shared maternity images on her Instagram page. The “Up” singer recently deleted her social media pages after fans scrutinized her for skipping the Grammy Awards this year. Her departure didn’t last too long as she made her return with a post earlier today announcing new music.

Cardi B and Offset share one other child together, a daughter named Kulture Kiari Cephus, whom they welcomed in July of 2018. After seeing the first pictures of Wave, many fans speculated that he favored his older sister. Offset has three other children from previous relationships: two sons named Kody and Jordan and a daughter named Kalea.

Congratulations again to Cardi B and Offset on growing their family. We hope they are enjoying life with their little ones.
