Socialite Paris Hilton is reportedly pregnant with her first child with her partner Carter Reum! Page Six shared the exclusive news after learning this information, though Paris’s rep declined to comment and a rep for Carter didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.
Earlier this year, the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the founder of Hilton Hotels, shared that she and Carter were in the process of starting a family. Paris revealed the news on Mara Schiavocampo’s podcast The Trend Reporter. Paris told Mara that she and Carter, a businessman, had started in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments, a decision she made because it was “the only way” to ensure that she could have “twins that are a boy and a girl.” There is no news yet on whether Paris is pregnant with twins or not.
She went on to explain on the episode that her longtime friend and fellow celebrity Kim Kardashian, who welcomed two children via surrogate, inspired the idea. “We have been doing the IVF, so I can pick twins if I like.” She shared that Kim was the one “who told me about that. I didn’t even know anything about it. I’m happy that she told me that advice and introduced me to her doctor.”
Paris and Carter began dating in 2019 and had known each other for almost 15 years prior to that. The couple became engaged this past February. The Cooking with Paris star gushed about the moment when announcing the news on Instagram. “When you find your soulmate, you don’t just know it. You feel it. My love & I have been together since our first date, and for my birthday, he arranged a special trip to tropical paradise. As we walked to dinner along the beach, Carter led us to a cabana adorned with flowers and dropped to one knee. I said yes, yes to forever. There’s no one I’d rather spend forever with.”
Congratulations to Paris and Carter on their pregnancy news! We wish them all the best as they prepare to grow their family.
