Last week, country singer Parker McCollum announced that he and his wife Hallie Ray Light were expecting their first baby together. Now, the couple has revealed the sex of their little one. “We love you.”

The couple shared a video on Instagram set to the musician’s song “Things I Never Told You” that showed the two walking away from the camera, with Parker holding a pair of cowboy boots. They each wore blue jackets as well and revealed in the caption, “Baby BOY McCollum! we love you, little cowboy 💙.” The couple has not yet shared when their son is due to arrive.

In the comments section of the post, the “Handle On You” singer wrote out a list of potential name ideas, including middle names, and wrote to his wife, “Pick from those when you get a chance Hallie will ya?” The names Parker suggested were: Keaton Cadillac McCollum, King Cowboy McCollum, Yancey Tyler McCollum, Walker Yancey McCollum, and Major Yancey McCollum.

Parker began dating the KiHK co-founder in 2019 after meeting through mutual friends. The couple announced their engagement in July 2021. The two tied the knot at Boxwood Manor in Tomball, Texas less than a year later on March 28, 2022. On their one year anniversary last March, Hallie gushed over her husband in a post on Instagram writing, “one year! wow!! Parker, this past year has been the best year of my life. It’s common for a married couple to say that the spark dies after years of marriage, but I’m confident ours will always be there. I pray our children get to experience a love like ours. I promise to continue choosing you every single day. I love you so so so much 🤍🤍 Happy Anniversary handsome. Cheers to ONE & FOREVER TO GO!!!!”

Congratulations to Parker and Hallie on the news of their baby boy!
