Actor Penn Badgley is growing his family! The You star’s wife Domino Kirke announced she is pregnant… with twins! “Talk about a plot twist.”
The singer posted a picture to her Instagram page of the couple with their first baby together in a photo booth. Domino’s baby bump was on full display and she revealed the news in the caption of her post. “Talk about a PLOT TWIST!,” she wrote in her caption. “Spontaneous twins are beyond magical. We are stunned. We are in awe.” Domino ended her post by sharing a message for her spouse writing, “Can’t think of anyone else I’d rather be on this ride with @pennbadgley.”
The “It’s Not There” singer revealed when her twins would arrive in her post writing, “Babies #3 and #4 coming this Summer!” In a hashtag used the post, Domino shared a little tidbit about her twins by referring to them as “monoditwins. This refers to monochorionic diamiotic twins, meaning they are identical twins who share a placenta but have their own inner sac. The Gossip Girl alum and his wife welcomed their first baby together in August 2020, a son named James. Domino also has a son named Cassius from a previous relationship. She has previously shared about Penn being a stepdad sharing in a 2019 interview, “He’s a really good stepdad. He takes care of him really well.”
Penn and Domino started dating in 2014 and tied the knot in 2017 in upstate New York. On The Birthday Cake star’s birthday last year, his wife penned a touching post reflecting on their time together. “Over the past eleven years, you have only aged a little bit. Like in these pics, your hair is about to be in that unfortunate ‘middle ground’ again. If anyone can pull it off, it’s you! I have no words for what we’re doing in this life together. I’ve never had it before; I’ve barely seen it before! Thank you for hanging in as a 3lb premature baby and staying alive so we could meet. Happy Birthday @pennbadgley. You are so loved.”
