RHOA‘s Todd Tucker and Kandi Burruss have welcomed their first child together, a son named Ace Wells Tucker.  The baby boy was born on January 6th and weighed 7 lbs., 6 oz.

Kandi told E! News “We named our beautiful baby boy Ace because I wanted something unique. When he becomes school age, hopefully he won’t have to worry about another person in the class having his name.”  She continued, “More than that, Ace represents the number 1 and that of the high quality…His middle name Wells was Todd’s mother’s last name. Using her last name as his middle name was our way of honoring her memory.”

Burruss and Tucker married in 2014 and struggled through IVF treatments before conceiving Ace, as chronicled on the hit reality show.  Ace has two big sisters ready to look after him; Kandi’s 13-year-old daughter Riley and Todd’s 19-year-old daughter Kaela.
