Former Olympian Shawn Johnson has announced that she and her husband Andrew East are expecting their second child together!

Shawn shared a photo to her Instagram page of her wearing a sleek black dress that showcased her growing baby bump while she and Andrew shared a kiss. The carousel post also featured images of the couple’s first child carrying a pair of baby shoes. The Olympian captioned her image, “Here we go again.” On their family Instagram page, the couple shared a hashtag that revealed their little one is expected to arrive in July 2021.

For his announcement post, Andrew posted a Reels video of him excitedly kissing Shawn’s growing baby bump set to Ciara’s song “Level Up.”

The couple posted a video to their YouTube page where they discussed the process of finding out they were pregnant and the journey to conceive. When Shawn gave birth to their first daughter, Drew Hazel, she had a c-section. Her doctors advised her not to get pregnant for a specified amount of time. When her doctors gave her the all-clear to try again, she said she wasn’t sure how long it would take considering it had taken a while for the couple to get pregnant the first time. Luckily, this time around, conception came much quicker for the couple.

Congratulations to Shawn and Drew on growing their family! We wish them all the best as they prepare to welcome their new bundle of joy.
