Congratulations to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell Horner and her husband, Christian Horner, who welcomed a baby boy over the weekend.
She announced the big baby news on Twitter and Instagram on Saturday, revealing his birth weight and name.
The artist formerly known as Ginger Spice said their little one weighed 7 lbs, 8 oz. The couple chose a truly unique name with the cutest nickname, as she shared a snap on Instagram, writing: “Montague George Hector Horner arrived this morning, a beautiful little brother for Bluebell and Olivia #amazing-day #grateful #monty.”
Montague is of English origin, meaning “from the pointed hill.”
Today, she shared a photo of each of the family’s names on cupcakes, writing: “Time for some birthday cake! Thank you for all your lovely messages x.”
Geri and Christian were married in 2015 and this is their first child together. They have children from previous relationships: Geri’s daughter, Bluebell, and Christian’s daughter, Olivia.
