The Hills: New Beginnings star Kaitlynn Carter has announced the arrival of her first child! The newcomer to the MTV reality series posted a video of herself nursing her newborn in what appears to be her little one’s nursery. Kaitlynn welcomes her newborn with her boyfriend, fashion designer Kristopher Brock.
It’s a boy! “Our chunky little guy,” Kaitlynn captioned her post before revealing all the details about her son. Kaitlynn and Kristopher welcomed their son on September 30th at 2:53 AM. He weighed 8 lbs, 4 oz at birth. She shared that “everyone is happy and healthy and so in love.” The Hills star shared that she and Kristopher chose to name their son Rowan Carter Brock. Kristopher, who posts infrequently on social media, did not share a post announcing Rowan’s birth.
Fellow celebrities and friends of Kaitlynn joined her in celebrating her baby boy’s arrival. Kaitlynn’s The Hills co-star Ashley Wahler, wife of Jason Wahler, wrote, “Look at all that hair!!!! Such a qt can’t wait to come snuggle him! Congratulations mama you did it! 👏👏👏.” Kaitlynn’s friend and former Bachelor contestant Becca Tilley wrote, “Oh my goodnesss!!!!! 😍😍😍😍.”
The couple announced in June that they were expecting their first child together. Kristopher has a son from a previous relationship named Charles Wright, whom he shared with his ex-wife Laura Vassar. Kaitlynn and Kristopher began dating in May of 2020, less than a year after the reality star split from her ex Brody Jenner.
