Singer-songwriter Usher Raymond is going to be a dad again! The musician is expecting his fourth child. This new addition will be his second with his partner Jenn Goicoechea, a music executive.
Jenn’s pregnancy was revealed when she and Usher stepped onto the red carpet for the iHeartRadio Music Awards. Usher, who is hosting the event, was accompanied by Jenn who was wearing a fitted black gown that showed off her growing baby bump.
The news comes just eight months after the couple welcomed their first child together. Jenn gave birth to a baby girl who the couple named Sovereign Bo in September of 2020.
Earlier this week, Usher opened up about his daughter’s name in an interview with Extra. “So, Sovereign, man, is such a beautiful word and name to me, you know, a supreme ruler is obviously the defined name,” he explained. “She’s definitely ruling the household, but Sovereign Bo — Bo is at the end of it, so [she’s] my little ‘reign-bo.'”
Usher also has two sons, Usher V, 12, and Nayvid Ely, 11, whom he shares with his ex-wife Tameka Foster. During his marriage to Tameka, Usher was also very close to his stepson Kile. Sadly, Kile passed away in a jet ski accident in 2012 at 11 years old.
