Actress Vanessa Hudgens has reportedly entered motherhood! According to recent reports, the Bad Boys: Ride or Die has welcomed her first baby with her husband Cole Tucker. The Daily Mail reported that the couple was seen leaving a hospital in Santa Monica, California with a baby in tow.
The couple were spotted at the hospital yesterday, which happened to be Cole’s 28th birthday. The baseball player was spotted wheeling the actress out of the hospital alongside a nurse. The new mom held her newborn close and the little one was swaddled in a white blanket with blue stripes and donned a fabric cap on their head. The couple had not made an official announcement about the birth of their baby and no details are known about their little one.
While the High School Musical alum didn’t share about her baby’s homecoming yesterday, she did take a moment to celebrate her husband’s birthday. In a post on Instagram, Vanessa wrote, “Happy birthday to my slice of heaven @cotuck 🥳 you make the world a brighter place just by being you ♥️🤟🏽.” The couple tied the knot at the end of last year in Decemeber in Tulum, Mexico. Vanessa announced her pregnancy in March at the Oscars.
The couple met in the early days of COVID on the heels of the actress’s split with actor Austin Butler, whom she’d date for nine years. Vanessa and Cole attended a Zoom meditation group led by Jay Shetty and Cole caught the French Girl star’s eye. “I was literally on the Zoom with my girlfriend,” Vanessa explained in a Vogue interview, “and I started hitting her asking who he was, and she had never seen him before. So I proceeded to look on the Zoom square to find out his name and found him on Instagram—and he sent a DM the next day.”
Congratulations to Vanessa and Cole on the arrival of their first baby! We look forward to learning more about their bundle of joy when they’re ready to share.
