Congratulations are in order for New Girl star Zooey Deschanel, who is pregnant with her second child with her husband, Jacob Pechenik, according to a report from Us magazine. Zooey and Jacob are parents to 18-month-old daughter Elsie Otter.
The actress has yet to confirm the baby news on social media, however.
She recently shared her take on the work and family balance, telling E! Online: “When you’re holding your baby, you’re like, ‘I don’t wanna go to work – this is like the best thing ever,'” adding, “But it’s nice, you know, I think, having a little girl, she knows her mommy works and I think that’s a good thing.”
The couple quietly wed in June 2015 and she had Elsie in August 2015.
